Rob Duncan is a Planning Consultant with over 22 years of experience in the planning industry. His extensive experience and knowledge are best demonstrated by his status as a Chartered Town Planner and corporate membership at the Royal Town Planning Institute. Having spent much of his career working for the Local Authority, he knows the ins and outs of the planning system, legislation and guidance. Since converting to the private sector in 2011, he has been practising under the guise of Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. In addition to his own practice, he now lends his abundance of expertise to provide the most successful and cost-effective planning solutions to our clients.

Kate is a Project Manager and the latest addition to our growing team of experts. Over the last 25 years, she has gained extensive project management experience managing processes and people in various industries.
With the construction industry requiring simultaneous collaboration with countless parties, her understanding of people management makes Kate a valuable asset.
Her passion for management and a can-do attitude means she's the ideal person to handle your project and reach its end goals quickly and efficiently.

Liz is a Hewitt&Carr Services administrator, with a previous background in Construction, she can put her knowledge to good use when dealing with the more complex administration tasks that come her way. 
On a daily basis Liz liaises with our in-house planning consultants, project managers, quantity surveyors and more offering administration support where needed. She coordinates with each department helping the team meet their goals allowing them to pass on their knowledge seamlessly to their clients.

Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 35 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor. 
Mark has worked on an extensive range of projects both abroad and in the UK gaining a wealth of experience in domestic work, industrial building and renovation, hospitality industry, Churches, building conservation, barn conversions, commercial premises, health sector including doctor surgery alterations, pharmacies, care homes and apartments with care and development appraisal work for developers and land owners. A director in a firm of Chartered Surveyors since 1988.

Molly is a Wellbeing Officer and if you haven't noticed yet, she's a dog. She visits the office every now and again for a fuss and to generally distract the team a little, in the hope of getting a treat. Concerned about the well-being of the team, she will happily come to say hello if you get a chance to visit our office.
