In this conservation area, nestled in the beautiful village of Stanley in the Staffordshire Moorlands, stands Stonefield House. Our client wishes to fully refurbish their cherished home in order to make it more family friendly. A home that loves to entertain, this new refurbishment will tick all their boxes.
Challenge
The sheer size of the clients home lends itself to the potential of a beautiful refurbishment that will satisfy their needs and requirements for years to come. The challenges are as diverse and unique as the property itself including limited space beyond the boundary for works within the project scope.
Solution
Our client was referred to us after quite a bad experience elsewhere and we quickly ascertained the services that they required. One of the main areas that concerned the client was having to coordinate the project themselves as this time they wanted to ‘enjoy the process’. With that in mind we deployed one of our project managers to keep a track of cost, quality and time…the three most important aspects to any project.
