Overview

Located near to the busy city centre of Staffordshire sits a proud family owned printing company. Our client has over 100 years of design and print pedigree under their belts and all production is done in house. Recently there has been a need to relocate the company to the neighbouring town of Tunstall.

Challenge

This company has been situated in their current location for over 20 years so there is a large amount of both machinery and paperwork to relocate. Also moving all of the utilities and everything that makes a business ‘work’ from day to day requires a special kind of organisation.

Solution

Providing the client with a project manager is integral for the company to ensure that the owner can be trading in one building one day and start trading in their new offices the next.
