What Is The Project Managers Role?

Category:
Date: May 6, 2020

You might be thinking, what is a project managers role? Why do I need a Project Manager to look after my project, and what exactly can they do for me?

But appointing a Project Manager is beneficial to your project in many ways.

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager are to,

  • Organise the Project Team
  • Develop the budget
  • Develop a program of activities
  • Plan resource
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Monitor progress against budget and program
  • Report to stakeholders and organise required documentation

It can be time-consuming and difficult to ensure your project remains on track, therefore enlisting the help of a Project Manager takes away the strain of trying to juggle everything on your own.

Hewitt&Carr Services has years of experience managing projects that range from office refurbishments to building constructions and, most recently, the refurbishment of a theatre auditorium.

If you would like to talk to one of our project managers about managing your project, then please call or email Hewitt&Carr Services.
